refunds for any product sold on our website.
However, you can exchange any NEISH product for a replacement. Kindly note that an
order can only be exchanged once.

with an exchange, please reach out to us. Our customer care team will respond within
1-2 business days to guide you through the exchange procedure.
To ensure a smooth exchange process, here is what you will need to do:
1. Make sure your item is in its original condition without any signs of wear, washing, or
damage. Keep the paper tags attached in their original condition as well. Please initiate
the exchange process within 48 hours of receiving your order.
